Portfolio and asset diversification across economic sectors will be sought by investing in a number of regions in India. Assuming borrowing levels over time of up to 65 per cent. of property values and taking into account proceeds raised at flotation of £75 million before expenses, it is the intention to assemble an appropriately diversified portfolio of up to approximately £150 million, with over 15 properties.
